If you decide you’d like to return your order, please reach out to us within the first 14 days of receiving it, and we’ll help facilitate your return. Return shipping is free, but because each piece is custom-made for the order, there will be an environmental fee deducted from your refund that is equal to 15% of your order value prior to any discounts or special offers.

If, for whatever reason, you decide you need to part with your product outside of our 14 day return period, we highly encourage you to participate in our Buyback Program!

Please note that we do not offer returns on throw pillows and weatherproof covers.
